In the 5g smart factory built this time, Hubei Mobile realized data non delivery, data flow local unloading and local business priority processing through the construction of 5g industry private network and other ways. The high speed, wide bandwidth, low delay and high reliability of 5g technology ensure the precise control of the whole system and improve the level of safety production in the field of industrial manufacturing.
In addition, through 5g network centralized monitoring of steel-making, steel casting, steel rolling and warehousing logistics data, the operation management and operation control business data mobile app can be accessed and controlled, which meets the needs of unmanned and intelligent production in the steel industry.
Hubei Mobile, together with China Xinke and Baoxin software, has promoted the construction of Yicheng iron and steel intelligent steel plant.
